Cecily Stewart is Manager, National Recruitment and Development, at Crawford School of Public Policy. Cecily works with organisations to develop graduate degree programs to enhance specific goals for public policy capability within government, private and NGO sectors. Cecily also works directly with individuals interested in advancing their professional qualifications in public policy in line with career goals and presents at various careers and professional development events around Australia.
Cecily has extensive experience in professional development roles, including work in university career advisory services and in staff learning and development. She is particularly interested in the learning organisation and the ways in which universities can play a key role in this process.
Cecily has been awarded scholarships under the ANU Professional Staff Scholarship Scheme and the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific Professional Staff Advancement Fund to complete her Masters in Human Resource Management. She also holds graduate qualifications in education.
Cecily is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) and the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE).
